慘不忍睹！我要投訴！！！

想了很久，也搞不通應向那裡投訴，於是昨晚把照片電郵給對保護樹木不遺餘力、人稱「樹博士」的詹志勇教授。

今天中午便收到詹教授的回覆：

Dear Helen,

It is very sad to see such tree slaughtering being repeated again and again in Hong Kong. The government is doing nothing to stop it. It does not make sense to promote greening and spend millions of dollars to plant trees whilst allowing people to destroy trees indiscriminately.

I have received similar pictures and complaints from the residents, and have forwarded them to reporters, including Mingpao. I hope they will follow up and write an article to stop this silly tree topping once and for all.
